About the role
Responsible for supervising commercial painting projects, ensuring quality standards are met, managing teams, and coordinating with clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise painting crews in adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Oversee material procurement and inventory management.
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Manage team dynamics and performance, providing feedback and training as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Painting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction or painting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
