Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior commercial painting projects, including warehouses, offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and other commercial properties.
- Complete surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment.
- Operate, clean, and maintain spray pumps, tools, and equipment.
- Follow project specifications and company quality standards.
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized jobsite.
- Communicate effectively with Crew Leads, Project Managers, customers, and trade partners.
- Assist with training and mentoring less experienced painters when needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of professional painting experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial interior and exterior painting.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques.
- Experience using airless sprayers and other professional painting equipment.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts up to 60'+.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow project instructions.
- Honest, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime when required.
- Experience with vinyl wall coverings, drywall finishing, specialty coatings, or industrial coatings is a plus.
- Full-Time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and performance
- Paid weekly
