Commercial Painter

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for performing basic painting and touch-up work across multiple commercial properties within an assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects, including touch-ups, patching, priming, and finishing surfaces.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, and protecting surrounding surfaces.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and property management personnel.
• Travel to various buildings within the assigned portfolio to complete painting assignments.
• Inspect painted surfaces and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Properly use and maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing job duties.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with other minor maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous professional painting experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations throughout the workday.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Flexibility to work at various properties and adjust to changing business needs.

Pay

$21.00 an hour. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00am – 3:30 pm
