About the role

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

Responsibilities

• Painting in occupied commercial buildings: touch-ups, common areas, suites between tenants, and paint that finishes an interior remodel
• Prep, cut, roll, spray, and leave it clean

Requirements

• Commercial painting experience
• Prep and patching
• Spray and roll
• Color matching
• Clean work around tenants and after hours when a space needs it
• Valid California driver's license
