Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with high-volume commercial masonry installations across active field operations.
• Prepare job sites, manage construction materials, and transport critical tools to maintain seamless daily operations.
• Operate power tools, concrete saws, and material-handling equipment in strict adherence to job site safety guidelines.
• Clean and prepare site surfaces, scaffolding, and staging areas to support structural integrity and project timelines.
• Collaborate with union crew members and supervisors to maintain high quality control and productivity standards.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to perform physical labor in dynamic job site conditions.
• Openness to entry-level candidates committed to learning commercial concrete and masonry trades.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to job sites beyond a 30-mile radius of the primary facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial concrete, masonry, or field construction operations.
• Journeyman-level experience (7–10 years) in union masonry or concrete work.

Pay
