The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to own commercial initiatives across the business. You will work across retail, channel partners and licensing and be responsible for business development to ongoing commercial management. This is a hands-on role with real ownership - we are working with the largest brands in the world and you will play a key part in developing these relationships.

You will work closely with the founders, marketing, ops, and the rest of the commercial team to scale Sculpd across new retail placements and new licensing opportunities. You’ll report directly to the co-founders and have real autonomy in our fast growing brand.

Requirements

  • Are a self starter and take initiative when you see opportunities
  • Have experience in a retail or licensing setting and are comfortable working on the client side - you understand how these businesses work and how they are successful in their roles
  • Are both a good story teller in the sales process but sharp on margin calculations, markdown support and the economics of any given deal
  • Can move at speed but you like building systems and processes in your wake
  • Are comfortable using AI where appropriate to accelerate your work and the systems you build
  • Want real ownership of a major and fast growing area of the business - you want to be proud at the end of the quarter when you look at everything you've achieved

Qualifications

The right person will be equally comfortable outbounding a new retail prospect to delivering a licensing performance review. You will be great for this role if you:
