Commercial Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will support cost management and commercial oversight across projects, with a strong focus on tendering, valuations, reporting, and change control. The position will partner closely with project teams and clients to ensure accurate financial documentation and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. It is well suited to someone who can balance detailed commercial analysis with relationship management in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
