We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job posting. Key sections: - Job Summary: description of role. Could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then

with summary. - Job Location: maybe not a heading; we can include location in a short

maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location can be a short

. - Job Responsibilities: list of duties. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each. - Job Requirements: list of requirements. Use

    Requirements

    then
    • . - Compensation: includes base salary range, bonus, vacation, sick leave, 401k, disability, holidays, volunteer day. This is Pay and Benefits. The instruction: include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state compensation details. We could split into Pay (

      Pay

      ) and Benefits (

      Benefits

) or combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have both Pay and Benefits details. Could combine into one Benefits section? However they specifically list Pay and Benefits as possible headings. We could make a Benefits section that includes pay details? But better to separate: Pay section for salary/bonus; Benefits section for vacation, sick leave, 401k, disability, holidays, volunteer day. That seems appropriate. - "What CRH Offers You" includes: Highly competitive base pay, Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, Group retirement savings program, Health and wellness programs, An inclusive culture... This is more benefits/overview. Could be part of Benefits section. - About CRH: description of company. Could be omitted? It's not required but could be included as "About the role"? Actually "About CRH" is company overview, not role. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Could we include an "About the company" section? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add extra headings like About CRH. We could incorporate that info into About the role? But About the role is about the role, not company. However we could maybe omit company description as not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep company description somewhere. But we cannot add a heading not in list. Could we put it in a

under About the role? That would be mixing role description with company info, but still preserving info. It's allowed as we are not adding a heading. So we can include a paragraph after the role summary that includes company overview. - "About CRH" also includes statement about decentralized structure etc. We'll preserve. - Also there is EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove. - Also there is "If you’re up for a rewarding challenge..." and application instructions etc which we must remove (application instructions). Also "Once you click apply now..." etc. Remove. - Also "CRH Americas Building Products (ABP), a CRH Company, is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer..." Remove. - Also "AI tools may be used..." Remove. Thus final HTML: sections:

      About the role

Job summary paragraph + location maybe plus company overview.

But we need to include location: "This position will be on site at our Littleton, CO facility." Could be a short

      . We could combine:

The primary role ... (job summary). This position will be on site at our Littleton, CO facility.

Then maybe another paragraph about CRH. Better to keep separate paragraphs for readability. Now Responsibilities: list items from "Job Responsibilities". Let's extract each bullet: - Build & lead distinct team of estimators, customer service representatives, and project lead personnel to effectively process orders, service customers, manage risk, and improve internal processes - Maintain a long-term schedule across all product lines - Develops, implements, and streamlines processes to manage sales orders - Effectively forecast shipments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Review customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with approved price levels, terms and cycle commitments to coordinate hand-off to Project Execution teams - Collaborates with other Oldcastle business units to drive process improvements; specifically act as a liaison between sales & manufacturing to predict demand and drive asset utilization and proactively manage COGs - Works closely with other departments to drive schedule attainment and resolve customer service issues - Proactively minimize, respond to, and negotiate customer back charges - Manages the change order process to minimize scope creep - Assumes overall responsibility to deliver orders on-time and on budget - Other duties as assigned We need to keep all. "Other duties as assigned" is generic but it's part of posting; we keep. Now Requirements: list: - BS degree or equivalent industry experience required; MBA preferred - 5 + years sales and/or operations management experience in manufacturing, industrial or construction environment preferred - Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints and contracts - Strong business and financial acumen that translates to sound, profitable sales, and business decisions - Excellent communication skills and ability to relate across multiple levels with contractors, engineers, subs and government officials - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software - Process improvement or lean manufacturing certification Now Pay: base salary range $90,000 to $110,000/year + 15% annual bonus. Now Benefits: list: - Vacation hours of two weeks per year - Sick leave benefits up to 56 hours per annum - 401k plan - Short-term and long-term disability benefits - 11 paid holidays per year - Annual community volunteer paid day - Highly competitive base pay (maybe duplicate of pay; but we can include as part of benefits) - Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs - Group retirement savings program - Health and wellness programs - An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion We should avoid duplication: "Highly competitive base pay" is similar to pay; but it's part of What CRH Offers You. Could include in Benefits. Now Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule section. Qualifications and Skills: Not separate headings; we have Requirements covering qualifications. Skills maybe part of Requirements. We could omit Qualifications and Skills sections if not specific content. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Qualifications and Skills if not explicitly separate. The posting does not have separate qualifications vs skills; we have requirements that include skills. So we can just have Requirements section. Thus final HTML:
