Commercial Maintenance Technician (Columbia, MD))
About the role
Seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to deliver top-quality maintenance services across multiple commercial properties in Tysons Corner, VA.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on building systems and grounds.
- Travel to various customer sites to conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain professional and safe work environments.
Requirements
- High school diploma, degree, or relevant professional experience in building trades (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, etc.).
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial maintenance or related trades.
- Valid driver’s license; applicable certifications/licenses in trades preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret safety policies, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
- Proficiency with handheld devices, work order management systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
