Commercial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Complete light maintenance repairs, including basic electrical and plumbing work
- Weed, plant, and mulch
- Remove trash and debris
- Light snow removal and sweeping of entryways
- Replace light bulbs and perform routine upkeep
- Respond to maintenance work orders
- Aid in the maintenance and monitoring of commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate professionally and work independently
- 1–2 years of basic maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment preferred
- HVAC Certification and/or EPA Certification preferred
- Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to pass a background check
- Must have a reliable vehicle and personal set of tools
