Commercial Maintenance Engineer
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
Respond promptly to client needs, including light plumbing, patching, and painting.
Conduct inspections of building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure optimal operation.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in commercial or industrial maintenance.
- EPA 608 certification highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift/carry loads of 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
