Commercial Locksmith and Doors Technician

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Diagnose and provide solutions for customer security needs.
• Install, service, maintain, repair, replace doors, frames, locks, keys, door hardware, door closers, panic devices, smart locks and more for commercial buildings.
• Install/repin/rekey/master key high security locks like Medeco, Assa Abloy, Primus etc.
• Use smart phone app and computer software to check in and collect payments from clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware.
• Assist in installing wiring, cameras and access controls hardware.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

• Minimum of 5+ year’s experience in technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, doors, frames, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Great problem solver and fast learner.
• Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service.

Physical / Other Requirements

• Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English.
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs-100 lbs.
• Able to drive company vehicles.
• Able to do all physical activity and skills needed for the job.
• Pass background, driver license, drug and reference screens.
