Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process loan transactions and perform system maintenance for commercial loans.
• Affix and execute loan advances.
• Create and monitor various reports.
• Generate payoff letters.
• Complete escrow disbursements.
• Ensure payments are posted accurately.
• Collaborate with commercial loan officers to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Good PC skills including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant banking experience, though not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes and deadlines.
