You've got 2+ years of experience in commercial, business, or real estate loan processing. You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments. You leave things better than you found them. You practice accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in everything you do. You know when to ask questions, investigate further, or escalate concerns. You care about the mission as much as the metrics. You enjoy working with numbers, financial documents, and complex transactions.
