Commercial Loan Officer - Northern Colorado

Essential Functions

• Build and develop new commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
• Possess the ability to prospect and source lending/banking opportunities.
• Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit requests.
• Emphasize sound underwriting with focus on loan policy and compliance.
• Deliver high quality credit presentations through analytics and market analysis.
• Introduce different types of loans based on the analysis of customer needs, explore all options.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain referral networks, alternate channels and other measures to optimize the performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development.
• Communications proficiency and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Significant experience with direct and indirect lending products and practices.
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software applications.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field desirable.

Pay Range

$120,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
