Commercial Loan Officer III

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date financial information to ensure ongoing accurate loan grades and risk assessments.
• Manage assigned loan portfolio consisting of, on average, 75-150 accounts totaling $30-35,000,000.00.
• Contact prospects and existing clients to make sales calls and develop new business.
• Interview loan applicants and collect and analyze financial and related data to determine creditworthiness and loan merits.
• Prepare and/or present loan presentations for committee review and approval authority.
• Participate in community affairs to increase bank’s visibility and enhance new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related major.
• Lending and/or Credit Experience required.
• 7+ Years of job experience to progressively become familiar with all lending functions and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of underwriting, coverages, and rating procedures.
