Commercial Loan Documentation Processor

Location: BancFirst, Collinsville, 200 E Main St, Collinsville, OK 74021. Hours: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing commercial loan documents using Laser Pro.
• Prepare loan closing documents for approved commercial loans
• Work closely with Loan Edit staff to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist Bank President and Commercial Lenders as needed
• Assist customers
• Ensure compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and procedures
• Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of Horizon loan system
• Knowledge of AccuAccount scanning system
• Knowledge of daily loan operations
• General understanding of BancFirst products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all times
• Critical thinking and reasoning skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must work well under stress and deadlines
• Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Laser Pro
• Knowledge of commercial loan documents and processing

Physical Requirements

• Constant use of computer screens
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
