Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial loan processing or commercial loan operations experience within a bank or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and loan closing processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal training in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with commercial lending systems and documentation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare documentation for commercial loan closings
• Review commercial loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Coordinate loan documentation with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal departments
• Process new commercial loans, renewals, modifications, and loan maintenance
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the commercial lending team
