About the role

Responsible for originating and closing commercial loans, providing expert advice to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue loan opportunities
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients and projects
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients and financial institutions
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions
• Closely monitor loan performance post-closing
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and financial partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial lending or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and state lending regulations
• Experience with loan underwriting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
