About the Role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, seeks Commercial Litigation attorneys with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join its New York City office. Candidates with Product Liability experience are also preferred. We welcome all experience levels to apply.
The ideal candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven research skills, and be self-starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in New York.
GRSM is a full-service Am Law 100 firm with robust national and local practices. Opportunities include client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation matters with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in client interactions and case strategy development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Litigation
- Product Liability experience is a plus
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New York
- Strong academic background
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Proven research skills and ability to work independently

Pay
National base salary ranges:
- Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
