Commercial Litigation Associate (Trade Secrets Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and trade secret litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Manage key litigation workstreams, including discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
• Support trial preparation and court appearances
• Work closely with clients on case strategy and execution

Who You Are

• 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Strong experience with trade secret disputes
• Excellent academic credentials (judicial clerkship a plus)
• Exceptional research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing discovery, depositions and pretrial preparation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters
• Strong organisational and client-facing skills
• Admitted to the California Bar

Compensation

• Salary Range: $275,000 – $375,000 (DOE)
• Benefits: Comprehensive bonus structure including productivity, merit and origination bonuses (potential $10,000–$200,000+), plus full benefits package
