About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience to join our Dallas office. Candidates must have an active Texas bar license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings
• Conduct depositions
• Draft motions
• Engage in settlement negotiations
• Communicate with clients

Requirements

• Active Texas bar license
• Familiarity with all phases of complex commercial litigation
• Experience at trial or arbitration preferred but not required
