About the role

The Arbella Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the underwriting department and agents by providing exceptional quality work and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes policy data and proactively identifies issues.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers, agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Effectively communicates with internal customers and agents across multiple communication channels.
• Collaborates effectively in a team environment across departments.
• Performs work with a strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and process complex work.
• Recognizes and escalates problems appropriately and timely.
• Surely processes policy transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contributes to a positive team atmosphere, department goals, and promotes Arbella's core values, including Diversity and Inclusion efforts.

Pay

Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary or hourly wage range for this position is approximately $41,470 ($22.00 an hour) - $44,014 ($23.35 an hour).
