Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance relationships with carriers
- Negotiate pricing and coverage terms with carriers
- Analyze and present carrier submissions
- Prepare and submit carrier submissions
- Manage marketing activities using Applied Epic software
- Collaborate with producers and account managers
- Occasionally attend carrier or industry events
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in commercial insurance marketing
- Experience in carrier negotiations, submissions, and remarketing
- Licenses/Designations: Active Texas P&C License preferred
- Proficiency in Applied Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, and carrier portals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
