Core Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed annualized new business sales goals within our defined program.
- Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan utilizing prospecting strategies to penetrate markets.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active list of high-value prospects, centers of influence (COIs), and lead sources within assigned groups.
- Consultative Selling: Identify unique client needs and navigate complex sales cycles by proactively overcoming obstacles and positioning tailored insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- Commercial insurance sales experience a plus
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Demonstrates resilience when facing challenges, with the ability to persist through obstacles and maintain focus on goals
- Shows curiosity and drive to quickly absorb new information, apply feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Hightly coachable, with an openness to direction, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement
