Core Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed annualized new business sales goals within our defined program.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan utilizing prospecting strategies to penetrate markets.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active list of high-value prospects, centers of influence (COIs), and lead sources within assigned groups.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify unique client needs and navigate complex sales cycles by proactively overcoming obstacles and positioning tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Commercial insurance sales experience a plus
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
  • Demonstrates resilience when facing challenges, with the ability to persist through obstacles and maintain focus on goals
  • Shows curiosity and drive to quickly absorb new information, apply feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Hightly coachable, with an openness to direction, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Possesses a growth mindset and a willingness to step outside of their comfort zone to develop new skills and capabilities
  • Displays strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to think creatively when navigating unfamiliar situations
