Job Description Commercial CSR (Hybrid) Job Summary Seeking two experienced and dedicated Commercial Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join a growing team. As a Commercial CSR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing accounts, and supporting a commercial lines team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Provide A-Z servicing for commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Manage standard-sized accounts with a focus on delivering high-quality service.Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business quoting and remarketing.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.Utilize HawkSoft software for account management (training will be provided if needed). Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role within the insurance industry.Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Technical Skills: Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus, but training will be provided.Soft Skills: Coachable, flexible, and hard-working with a strong commitment to client service.Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with three days in the office. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
