Commercial Lines Assistant

Responsibilities

• Utilize agency management system and carrier websites to process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Issue auto id cards, certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms as requested
• Show working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Maintain electronic file storage
• Follow established agency policies and standard operating procedures
• Aid account managers and producers with day-to-day service of commercial customers and prospects
• Perform administrative support functions as directed
• Maintain and nurture good customer and company relations with both internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Producer license required; candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain licensure within 90 days of hire

Schedule

The position will become hybrid after the initial training period of up to 6 months.

Pay

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000.
