Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100,000 to $500,000.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support their growth and development.
- Uphold the company’s values by fostering a team-first environment and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure timely and thorough follow-through on client and team commitments.
- Handle challenging client conversations and tight renewal cycles with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 5+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
