- Manage a generalist book of business, handling accounts from small to large businesses.
- Oversee the entire account lifecycle, including quoting, renewals, and new business acquisition.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and urgency.
- Focus on property accounts (LRO, habitational) and construction accounts, with an emphasis on general liability.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
Utilize EPIC software for account management (experience with EPIC is a plus).
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of agency account management experience, with a focus on property and construction accounts preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in account management software; EPIC experience is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professionalism in navigating coverage discussions with clients.
- Able to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Growth-oriented mindset and a desire to advance within the organization.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)
