Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of small business accounts, providing full-service support from A-Z.
  • Handle all aspects of client servicing, including renewals (100% of the role).
  • Build and maintain strong, client-facing relationships.
  • Quote and process renewal business using AMS360 software.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in Commercial Lines (captive experience acceptable). Preferred: 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience in an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong client-facing and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
