Responsibilities

  • Aid in renewal processes, including sending and following up on renewal emails and documentation 90 days prior to deadlines
  • Update underwriting analysis and client records as needed
  • Process endorsements, policies, forms, and tax filings
  • Prepare proposals and finance agreements
  • File documents and emails from insureds/agents
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to agents to follow up on pending items
  • Support quoting of new and renewal business
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the construction insurance sector
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and TAM software
  • Soft Skills: Team player with the ability to work independently, driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, strong communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, demonstrates good tenure and commitment to professional growth

Compensation Package

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
