Responsibilities
- Aid in renewal processes, including sending and following up on renewal emails and documentation 90 days prior to deadlines
- Update underwriting analysis and client records as needed
- Process endorsements, policies, forms, and tax filings
- Prepare proposals and finance agreements
- File documents and emails from insureds/agents
- Occasionally make outbound calls to agents to follow up on pending items
- Support quoting of new and renewal business
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the construction insurance sector
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and TAM software
- Soft Skills: Team player with the ability to work independently, driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, strong communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, demonstrates good tenure and commitment to professional growth
Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
