About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients and build long-term relationships.
Analyze exposures and develop customized insurance strategies.
Lead renewals, presentations, and marketing efforts with carrier partners.
Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing with underwriters.
Partner with account management, claims, and risk control teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience.
- Strong coverage, knowledge, and the ability to discuss risk with clients confidently.
- Experience managing client relationships and renewal strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial Lines Producer License preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial insurance background.
- Proven success in client relationship management and renewal strategy.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts.
