Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging in size from $100,000 to $500,000.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to foster their professional growth through coaching and mentorship.
- Uphold a team-first approach, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations, such as tight renewal cycles or challenging client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance; 8+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
