Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging in size from $100,000 to $500,000.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to foster their professional growth through coaching and mentorship.
  • Uphold a team-first approach, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations, such as tight renewal cycles or challenging client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance; 8+ years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to view the client holistically.
    • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
