Commercial Licensed Architect
The Opportunity
You will lead the architectural vision for diverse commercial projects, serving as the technical bridge between creative concepts and field execution. This role offers the unique chance to work within a vertically integrated firm, allowing you to see your designs brought to life by our specialized in-house trade teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active Architectural License in both Maryland and Virginia.
- Extensive experience managing commercial building projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to produce detailed construction documents and technical specifications.
- Deep knowledge of regional building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes in the DMV area.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience working in a design-build environment or with firms that self-perform trades.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing multidisciplinary project teams.
