About the role

Supports the commercial lending team in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare and organize loan documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
  • Assist in maintaining client records and databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with loan processing systems.
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
