Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial lending market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Present loan products and services to clients, providing clear explanations of terms and conditions.
• Manage the entire loan process from application to closing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting commercial lending.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lending or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
