About the role

You are a strategic relationship builder with a passion for helping businesses grow. As a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager III, you will manage a robust loan portfolio, cultivate new client relationships, and offer tailored lending solutions that help businesses move forward. You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field meeting with business owners, centers of influence, and prospects to drive growth. You will manage moderately complex loan relationships independently and begin to work with larger, more sophisticated clients under the guidance of leadership. You will collaborate with credit and internal teams during the underwriting process, apply sound judgment and policy knowledge, maintain current financials and timely credit reviews to manage risk, advise business clients on financial strategies, and exercise lending authority within assigned limits, appropriately referring larger loans for approval.

Requirements

  • Educational and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a directly related field and 4-8 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Well-developed abilities and a proven track record in sales experience, critical thinking, strong research skills, strong communication, active listening, detail orientation, analytical portfolio management skills, and basic understanding of credit.
