Commercial Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Negotiations
  • Experience in leasing multiple asset classes including office, retail, and industrial flex.
  • Secure qualified tenants for vacant units at or above budget expectations.
  • Lead the end-to-end deal process – from proposal, RFPs, and client presentations through negotiation and document review to lease signing.
  • Execute strategic renewals to support optimal occupancy.
  • Conduct property tours and screen prospective tenants.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
• Portfolio Support & Operations
  • Collaborate with Operations/Property Management to maintain market-ready spaces and properties.
  • Visit all vacant units no less than quarterly and all properties regularly.
  • Manage third-party brokers as needed.
• Market, Analytics & Reporting
  • Lead marketing efforts across LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, Commercial Café, PS website, craigslist, and social media.
  • Maintain property competitive sets and asset plans.
  • Stay on top of market statistics and trends.
  • Support annual budget process with accurate market intel.
  • Maintain CRM daily.
  • Provide ongoing leasing activity reports.
  • Work with Accounting to resolve tenant rent or collection issues.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field or minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.
• 5+ years of commercial leasing experience.
• Strong communication and transactional skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Property Management, Accounting, and other departments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi Voyager, Deal Manager, Forecast Manager, and PowerPoint.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.

Schedule

Teammates are expected to work in the office five days each week with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
