About the role

The Alcon Commercial team is looking for talented and motivated early career grads to join our Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) rotational program in January or July 2027 at our Fort Worth, TX location.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in tailored rotational experiences towards a leadership career path.
  • Participate in three, year-long rotations including Business Analytics, S&OP and Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Work on meaningful projects that will help patients and customers see brilliantly.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing an MBA or MS in marketing, other business-related disciplines or related major.
  • Must graduate in December 2026 (for January 2027 start date) or May 2027 (for a June 2027 start date).
  • Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis.
  • Ability to commit to a 3-year, full time (40 hrs. per week) rotational program in Fort Worth, TX, and must be open to US relocation for 12 months.

Qualifications
