Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Direct and work alongside your crew performing essential landscape duties (trimming, weeding, mowing, raking, and debris removal).
- Master the Greens: Utilize your proper pruning knowledge to keep properties healthy and sharp.
- Manage Irrigation (A Plus!): Experience with irrigation systems and timers gives you a huge advantage.
- Keep the Pace: Maintain high quality control while working at an efficient, energetic pace in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Leadership & Communication: Strong skills to manage, motivate, and communicate effectively with your crew and management.
- Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years.
- Driver’s License (REQUIRED): Must have a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to drive company vehicles. Must be free of recent at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
