Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Crew Lead, you will be the driving force on the ground, ensuring efficiency and top-tier quality. You will:
- Lead by Example: Direct and work alongside your crew performing essential landscape duties (trimming, weeding, mowing, raking, and debris removal)
- Master the Greens: Utilize your proper pruning knowledge to keep properties healthy and sharp
- Manage Irrigation (A Plus!): Experience with irrigation systems and timers gives you a huge advantage
- Keep the Pace: Maintain high quality control while working at an efficient, energetic pace in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Qualifications
- Leadership & Communication: Strong skills to manage, motivate, and communicate effectively with your crew and management
- Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years
- Driver’s License (REQUIRED): Must have a clean, valid Arizona (AZ) driver's license held for the last 5 years to drive company vehicles
- Commute: Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from our main office daily
- Trust & Safety: Must pass a background check and drug screen. We proudly maintain a drug- and alcohol-free work environment
