Commercial Job Site Materials Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain job site inventory
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and crews
• Receive and process incoming materials
• Manage, organize, and retrieve materials from suppliers
• Plan and manage renovations
• Solve problems

Requirements / Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred but not required
• Relevant job experience is preferred
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer attached
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Trusted, hardworking team player
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Coachable
• Ability to navigate laptop and software-based platforms
