Commercial Insurance Sales Producer - Fairfax, VA

We are seeking a highly motivated commercial producer to join our growing team at NavSav. With over 75 locations across multiple states and partnerships with top-rated carriers, we offer a unique opportunity to build a strong book of business and increase your close ratio.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with business owners through various methods including marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines Account Managers to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew existing book of business.
• Conduct needs analysis with each client to identify gaps in coverage and provide tailored solutions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
• Become familiar with our product offerings, services, and systems.
• Maintain and exceed monthly sales quotas by adhering to our established processes.
• Contribute to personal and agency success by promoting new business opportunities, cross-selling, and implementing new initiatives.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Entrepreneurial personality.
• Background check required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good operational computing skills, specifically typing at a speed of 45+ words per minute using Microsoft Office Suites and Internet browsers.
• A confident self-starter capable of working independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
