Commercial Insurance Producer

About the role

We have a unique opportunity with a well-established, privately held regional agency in the Greater Boston Area (MetroWest) for an established commercial producer to step into an existing book of business while continuing to grow and build your own portfolio.

Compensation

$85K–$95K base salary plus commissions from an existing book.

Commission structure: 40% on New Business / 25% on Renewal

Book of business

• Established book consisting of mid-market accounts
• Existing accounts with significant cross-sell and rounding opportunities

Support & culture

• Dedicated support team including an Account Manager, Commercial Lines Processor, Risk Placement Director, and Claims Manager
• Strong employee tenure, collaborative culture, and commitment to providing producers with the resources needed to succeed
