Job Description
EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Schedule on-site surveys
- Provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients
- Evaluate businesses for Property and General Liability coverage
- Identify hazards and improve safety
- Mitigate risks for insurance company clients
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and fire and safety
- Open to candidates without prior experience, who can be referred to a 15-hour online certification option

- High speed internet access
- Reliable vehicle
- Measuring device (laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel)
Pay
Fees are negotiable depending on experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs.
Schedule
Work from home or office, and service onsite survey/inspection assignments in the Wilmington, NC area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of Wilmington.
