About the Role
The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager assists producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines, including processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers
- Follow up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies
- Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients
- Process audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums
- Handle and process cancellations and billing issues
- Communicate with staff and clients to gather needed information for policy changes
- Adhere to agency procedures
- Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license required (company will assist in obtaining licensure if needed)

- Applied Epic experience preferred; knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) acceptable
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech for communication
- Repetitive hand movements (keyboarding, writing, 10-key)
- Walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions
