Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist - Full Remote

About the role

Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist – 6+ month contract, fully remote. No hiring for California‑based candidates; only Arizona‑based candidates considered if in MST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance certificates / policy requests – Commercial Insurance lines
• Act as day‑to‑day subject matter expert on client policies
• Data management
• Data entry
• Ability to shift between priorities as needed throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time‑management techniques
• Ability to work required schedule (hour unpaid lunch) daily

Skills

• Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry (helpful and considered first)
• Interpreting client requirements and documents
• Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate well with clients; expert professionalism
• Data entry experience and attention to detail with exceptional accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required)
• Ability to pivot between multiple applications
• Data management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

Pay

$19.28 per hour

Schedule

• 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST
• 11:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST
• 10:00 AM CST to 7:00 PM CST
• (Hour unpaid lunch daily)
