Other Responsibilities of the Producer Role

• Selling and soliciting all forms of insurance business
• Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service
• Developing accounts and cross-selling available products and services
• Presenting services and solutions at prospect meetings
• Brought new business prospects to closure
• Maintaining solid business-to-business relationships

Requirements of the Producer Role

• 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
• Commercial Insurance sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently

Compensation Structure

The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $250,000 per year, impacted by skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. Commission is derived from closed sales transactions, with a variable structure based on scope of work and book of business.
