Here’s Where You Come In
As a HUB Insurance Sales Producer, you will:
- Possess local networks, connections, and communities
- Sell and develop strong business-to-business relationships
- Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service
- Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services
- Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings
- Bring new business prospects to closure
- Maintain solid business-to-business relationships
You’re Great At
- An independent self-starter capable of selling and developing strong business-to-business relationships
- Confident professionals not afraid of cold-calling and developing new business
Other Responsibilities
- Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business
- Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service
- Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services
- Generate and pursue new client opportunities
- Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings
- Bring new business prospects to closure
- Maintain solid business-to-business relationships
Other Requirements
- 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
- Commercial Insurance sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
- Ability to obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
- Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations

- Compensation structure of base pay + commission
- Base pay range of $60,000 to $250,000 per year
- Eligibility for commission derived from closed sales transactions
