Commercial Hydronics Account Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
• Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet the customer’s Hydronics system design and installation requirements.
• Effectively writes, presents, and communicates bids, negotiates value, and closes sales.
• Positively and credibly influence system design and solutions with customers. Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Manages multiple, ongoing, projects particularly focusing on selling HVAC equipment, service and systems.
• Buils partnering relationships with customers and manufacturers. Understand the customer's business and speaks their language.
• Understands, promotes and sells full breadth of CMS’s hydronics line card. Stays informed on manufacturer product updates, pricing, and availability.
• Maintains understanding of local and national building codes and energy codes. Consults with clients to properly apply CMS equipment.
• Addresses customer's operational objectives, design objectives, project needs and requirements and sell solutions.
• Solicits support from and communicates effectively with the entire CMS team, including service, parts, sales and inside sales support staff.
• Aid in the development of the sales team, including recruiting and mentorship of other sales team members.
• Keeps management informed of progress and account status. Knows when to call for assistance from upper management to keep the sales process moving.
